My Mom’s a Rocket Scientist!
With 39 days to go before the Scifi/Fantasy Convention Arisia I have begun to feel the dealine crunch!
Have I created enough treasures?
Must make more jewelry!
Do I have enough wooden and slate signs?
Must paint more !

Any of you guys been to a Sci-fi Convention before? What advice would you give to a newbie?
More from the delightful King Richard’s Faire in Carver, MA…

To see much better photos and video please visit Life in the Fast Lane
All of the shows are included at the faire, including this fantastic T.I.G.E.R.S. presentation.

Especially for my little friend Elsie Fallulah Graves I have located an Anderson Cooper Liger video

It was Mommy’s first visit to King Richard’s Faire, a magical fall event in the beautiful woods of Carver, MA

and she got these ears. They look more Vulcan than feline.
Here is one of the 100’s of folks who attend the fair in costumes…

Here is Mommy’s escort with a fairy…she loved the fairy offerings so much she has emailed the head fairy to seek the fairy goods to share with all the visitors who come to Provincetown in the summer. NEXT: Big cats at the Faire!
Marcy Stein is happy to report that the relentless wind and rain that pounded Cape Cod yesterday has let up!

Mommy spent most of yesterday on the couch with the laptop working on Dice and Dragon Graphics. More importantly, the heater was on!

Mommy was scheduled for a Dungeons & Dragons briefing at a Provincetown Dungeon…but with the mention of “I’ve got some Teriyaki flavored Tofu”, the session was rescheduled. We can relate to the Dungeon Master’s lack of Tofu enthusiasm, cuz we’re cats, and, um it’s Tofu.

We are very enthused about our new friends, Magnus & Loki the Norwegian Speartail Dragon! They were adopted at the same time from an animal shelter and their Mom, Sarah Clemens creates wonderful artwork of their adventures. She will be the artist guest of honor at Arisia, the January convention Mom is all hopped up about. SO check out the artwork, it’s pretty awesome!
Have a great work week kitties!
Mom went to Star Trek again! First time she went to Imax and didn’t come home untill 2am. Almost as exciting as the movie was some geeks she overheard at Legal Seafoods in Natick saying that Linux has been adopted by about 66% of the population…that makes Mommy very happy. At least this time she came home earlier, and after making me pose with this bear, gave us HAM!
