Thursday Give-A-Way!

This weeks give-a-way is a plush grasshoper, who makes a chirp sound!

I purchased it  on impulse for my great teacher, but quickly realizing he lived on a sailboat and would disapprove of me offering him such a silly gift, I placed it to rest on a shelf.  (It has not been used as a cat toy so it’s condition is like new)

From the classic Kung Fu TV series:

Young Caine: I hear the water, I hear the birds.

I See You Mom…

Mom should be over at the kitchen table making jewelry but it’s so warm and comfy on the couch.

Up the ladder

Mom was all hopped up on Christmas cookies, cuz she dosen’t usually eat sugar so a little can really get her goin…

So it was clean the Chandelier day…I got right up there!

Then I got stuck when Mom closed up the ladder and moved it against the door.  Ooops

A big surprize was this travel teapot which must be at least 30 years old…from our first family vacations.

Mommy was unable to do paper cards this year (she promised for next year especially after getting these beauties!)

This weeks give-a-way is a bar of Northern Elf Mint soap

It’s 6.5oz of vegetable based New England made soap and it makes a wonderful velvety lather…packed in a ceramic heart shaped box with lighthouse design.

Yes comment,  ”Yes I’d like that” and we’ll add your name to the drawing.

Sunshine came back today!

Cape Cod Kitty Snow Day!

Well we got much more snow than mom expected, some places in the 16″-20″ range and still snowin’!

We are not going out.

Stevie is loving the heat…Kristopher and Marcy too…

and the twins are having lunch.

while David is laying low.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by with well wishes…everything is back on track and we are all feeling good.
