Whose your Daddy?
I was thinkin’…after reading everybody’s Father’s Day posts… why we don’t have a Daddy. Or two Mommies. Mom, why can’t we have a Daddy too?
Well Kristopher…Mom is just a middle aged Spinster Cat Lady, and that’s all. She’s un-dateable, and very honestly, you cats would’t make it easy for a Daddy around here. Remember when your Homosexual uncle came from California? He alleges you peed a little on this sweatshirt. Now I know you guys had a nice little love/hate thing going on there, but that was not good behavior. You’ll just have to make do with me!

No worries, Kristopher, we don’t have a human dad or even two moms, it’s just our one middle-aged divorced human assistant, who shuns relationships. She says we’re more than enough for her to handle–is that a compliment or an insult?
Besides, Kristopher, it just means you don’t have to share your human’s time and attention with another human. If you had a dad, probably your mom would be busy cooking and cleaning for him, having to pick up after him, maybe even having to do all the household (inside and outside) chores unless your mom was very lucky. So it’s a pretty sweet deal to have just the one human to wait on you hand and foot!
We agree with Fuzzy Tales comment about getting more attention and being spoiled! Our mom has to split her time between waiting paw and paw on us and cleaning up after our dad and cooking for him.
Oops on the shirt? Is that called going with the flow?

Having a mum who loves you is just as good.
WE haven’t got any dads here either. But we don’t mind. It is bad enough having one bean telling us what to do, what would we do with two beans trying to control us. And you know cats, we rule. So it would be an unhappy bean.We are just glad we have a bean at all.
