Pampered Whiskers (home of That Cat! Originals pet hats) is a two year old Houston TX business whose objective is to help animals who are not as fortunate as our own, while brightening a pet lovers day. A portion of the proceeds from each sale goes to help shelters and rescue organizations who are working hard to stop the growth of the homeless animal community.
Someday maybe I’ll have a little Chi named Matthew, a girl has to dream. My beloved Homo sapien Matthew last known location was Louisiana, a place where all the animals need some extra prayers today.

Missy is new to Provincetown, she is my neighbor at the shop, and she likes Cape Cod just fine.
I met Stacey Mae Mountain on Facebook, she is a 3 year old Greater Swiss Mountain Dog and she has just launched a blog . Stacey is full of positive, loving energy and is a frequent Nursing home visitor, so that makes her even more awesome! Word is she may be getting a Lab or Border Collie sibling soon, so be on the lookout.
Lorenza is my Doxie friend from Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico. She is a happy go lucky little doll with a large collection of dresses…I also heard she is a good swimmer!
Rainbow Diamond is another Facebook friend, she was rescued from a terrible place and has found a foster home
with very dedicated parents where she is recovering from her traumas and working to raise awareness about terrible things like puppy mills. It is the natural thing to love and care for animals, but some people are damaged and hurt themselves, and do not treat animals in a loving way. I am thankful for caregivers like Rainbow’s who come in to set things right in the universe, her story is inspiring and she always brightens my day. Rainbow Bridge airlines is a special airline we take animals 2 and from Rainbow Bridge so they can come to earth. We also take animals from Earth to RB to see their friends. We are happy to fly you to RB whenever you want!

Each one of these brilliantly unique men are committed to improving the freedoms of all people, you don’t have to be a “computer geek” to enjoy learning about these heroes. Martin Owens is my Boston based guru and leader of The Ubuntu Massachusetts Local Community Team, a group of volunteers and activists organized around the Ubuntu operating system, advocating digital rights and freedom and promoting Ubuntu as a step towards achieving this.
